FAQ

01
Crafting the Vision

Before beginning, we meet with clients to understand their vision for the dances. We get a sense of the styles, age ranges, skill levels, performance types, venues, and all of the little details to fully capture the picture.

02
Picking the Songs

Now is your chance to share all of the songs you're hoping to perform to! Full songs, mashups, whatever you'd like. We'll go back and forth with you as we mix the music until you land on the perfect mix for each performance.

03
Getting the Choreography

We'll send you a video of the full choreography for the selected song mixes, and encourage you to practice on your own. Think of it like playing "Just Dance" or taking a Zumba class: play the video and follow along to the best of your abilities. You'll be able to mirror the moves so no worries about direction!

04
Rehearsals

We'll set up rehearsals prior to the event so that we can break down the choreography, answer any questions, and practice as a full group. This is where we can go over formations and any other questions you may have.

05
The Performance

The best part! Now you get to show off your dances! We're on hand to maintain performance flow and get everyone on stage, so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

Note: the duration of rehearsals and choreographer participation at the event is subject to the package of your choosing.

Nope! We're available to choreograph weddings regardless of location. We're happy to do Zoom rehearsals for participating clients, or arrange in-person services based on what best suits your needs.

Absolutely! A custom package can be built around any number of dances and rehearsals for your event. Feel free to reach out and we'll talk through the options with you.

The earlier the better! Remember, the earlier you start the process, the longer you have to practice. Three months or more is ideal, but you can reach out up to one month in advance. Please note that there is a rush fee for weddings booked less than four weeks out.
